It takes you away from the items that are approved to ship to the CDCR.
When completing your order:
1. Make sure that the items you are ordering are on the order form,
including the colors and sizes of the beads.
2. Pay attention to the maximum total quantities for items ordered.
3. In the order notes or name of the recipient, be sure to include their CDCR #.
Important information for inmate packages:
Coupon codes do not apply to CDCR Orders.
CDCR orders must include institution name and inmate CDCR identification number. Orders that do not provide this information will be cancelled. Orders for items that are not allowed that have the improper items/quantities will be cancelled. Failure to provide us with notification that the order is for a inmate will cause the package to be returned by the institution. IF this happens we will not refund the shipping cost of the order.
Only inmates in privilege group A, B or C are allowed to receive packages. Orders for inmates in other privilege groups will be cancelled and refunded.

Back Order/Substitution Policy
Back orders or substitutions are not permitted. In the event that an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.
Vendor Return Policy
Items returned must be in new and unused condition. Bead hanks that are cut will not be credited. Customers must return items within 30 day of receipt purchase.
All returns must be returned at the cost of the customer.
Max Package Weight & Dimensions
Shipping rate is flat rate for $12.50, for an Insured Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope from USPS.
Package Requirements: Maximum allowable package weight is 30 pounds. This weight limit includes merchandise, packing material, and packaging. Maximum allowable package dimensions are 24”x24”x24
